Words tell you who you are. Words tell you where you have been and where you are going. Words are pretty powerful. Sometimes words lie. Words can hold you stuck in time.

These words and others like them are like fly paper, that hold you down. They diminish you. They create a life half lived. They are connected to an experience or experiences that already happened.

It is a new day, a new year and a whole new way of BEING. You have always had the power within you to change. You may not remember how. I do. I bring positive change, self love and spiritual awareness to you when we work together.
