WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION

You are a unique individual and as such, the time you spend with Kristine is customized to your needs and what is best for you. No two sessions are alike. She can see, hear, sense, feel, and understand what is most important for you to understand. Kristine connects easily to your energy field and your soul’s history. She will not tell you what you already know, as you are coming to her for clarity and she will provide that. Kristine wants to go deeper with you in whatever way is best for you. This can be through intuitive guidance, mediumship, or energy healing (for your animal companions too). Many times a session will be a combination of all three.

You will find a loving and supportive space with Kristine, and who doesn’t need that?

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

Come as you are!  

You may be a bit nervous, feel totally relaxed or somewhere in between. All are perfectly normal. Kristine will quickly help you relax into the session. Bring your questions! It’s helpful to bring a list of questions or names of who you would like a communication with.  Feel free to record your session as you there is usually even more to come up than you expected!  All virtual sessions are recorded for you. Be assured that with or without questions, your time with Kristine is led by your Spirit as to what is best for you. Often, clients are pleasantly surprised as to what comes forward during a psychic medium reading. If any energy work is in your best interest having that done will also be part of your session, if you desire. 

Dress comfortably and have a glass of water before the reading!

What if I don’t know which service to book? 

Kristine’s experience with clients has proven time and again that booking a 60 minute Intuitive Guidance/ Mediumship session is of the greatest benefits to the individual. Whatever your needs are they can be addressed fully in this offering. Trust that what is best for you to know at this time will come through. You will receive psychic medium support and guidance and/or any energy healing that will be for your highest and best good. 

How much time should I book for MY session?

The length of the session depends entirely on a client’s preference. However, 30-minute readings are generally best to explore a 1 or 2 specific questions. 60-minute sessions are more popular as they allow us to cover a few various topics. When struggling with an important issue requiring more in-depth exploration, a 90-minute session is beneficial.

What is the difference between a psychic and a medium?

A person who is psychic taps into your energy and can tell you information about your past, present, and current insight about your future. A medium receives information by communicating with the energy of souls who are living or who have passed. Mediumship is a two-way conversation. Psychics are not always mediums but mediums are always psychic. Kristine is a psychic medium and channels her information through Spirit and the collective.

if Kristine receives negative information about me, will she share it with me?

Kristine always asks Spirit to provide information that supports your highest good. Although rare, If anything unsettling were to come through, it is always for a greater understanding and how to best proceed. In all her years of private practice, Kristine has never given information that is harmful, scary or unnecessary.

Can I record MY session? 

Absolutely! Matter of fact, it is highly recommended. Recording your reading is advisable as it helps you remember and process every valuable message obtained during the session. Alternatively, you can bring a note pad and make notes.

Can I ask questions during MY reading?

You can—and should—ask questions!! Prepare a list of questions that are most important to you.

Are there any questions Kristine can’t or won’t answer?

Kristine maintains a high ethical standard and will not receive any information or answer any question that is not pertinent to her client’s life experience. For instance a client may be interested in a co-workers personal life. This is considered spiritual gossip, and Kristine does not engage in this activity. Likewise your session is always confidential and not shared with anyone else. Kristine will not answer questions regarding winning lotto numbers or any type of questions along those lines. Kristine also does not answer questions about people in the public eye. On a rare occasion a significant person in your life may not give Kristine permission to read their energy field or soul history. Kristine always honors this and does not violate anyone’s free will or cross their energetic boundaries.

What techniques does Kristine use in her sessions?

You won’t find any tarot cards or ouija boards during your session with Kristine. All she needs to deliver insightful, accurate messages from Spirit is her inherent intuitive abilities as well as the help from her own Spirit Team. Kristine channels information using intuitive abilities through:

Is an in-person reading more accurate than a virtual reading?

Kristine IS able to easily connect with Spirit regardless of location. You will receive the same quality of channeled messages, clear visions and loving communication whether in person or virtually.

How long do I have to wait to see Kristine after a loved one has passed away?

There is no specific time frame required. Although it may be difficult to wait, allowing a few weeks before a reading is helpful. Think of it as an adjustment period for newly departed. Each person has their own experience leaving the physical body. Some prefer a little time before communicating. Kristine has never had a loved one not come through no matter how long ago or recently they passed. Kristine will support you with great love and compassion during this heartbreaking time.

Can Kristine Guarantee a spirit connection?

In most cases, Kristine is able to make a connection. Kristine can not, nor can any Medium, make any type of guarantee about who will come to communicate or what type of evidence they will give to identify themselves, or what signs they will provide if any. You must come into the session with an open mind and heart, knowing that the souls who wish to communicate with you are there for an important reason and respect is key. Even in soul form, free will always applies.

Can more time be added to my session?

Most days, Kristine’s schedule is fully booked. If her schedule allows, one 15-minute block can be added prior to the end. Ask. If a reading does go over you will be charged. $100

What if I have a follow-up question after my session?

Many times after a session, clients have an “a-ha” moment or maybe need clarity on a specific issue discussed during their session. A one question follow-up answered by email can be purchased for $50 under the session booking section. These questions will be answered by email with 72 business hours of purchase.

I think my child is intuitively gifted—does kristine work with children?

Kristine has a special affinity for children of all abilities. She understands how significant it is for a child to be seen and understood for who they are and what they are experiencing . Providing your child with a spiritual mentor who can help them navigate their sensitivities and gifts in a healthy manner is extremely important to their well being. 

Minors and vulnerable adults

Only those scheduled are permitted to attend sessions. Kristine does offer intuitive guidance sessions for children. With that said; if the child is yours, you’ll be a proxy for the minor- minors don’t attend unless scheduled. Vulnerable adults; adult children are a proxy for the parent.

Rescheduling, tardiness & no-show policies

Re-Scheduling

Kristine understands that life happens. People get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give Kristine 24 hrs notice. Your session will be most helpful if you are feeling well rested and at your best!

In addition, should Kristine Kieland need to reschedule a session on account of sickness or an emergency, this does NOT qualify for a refund; she wants to provide her clients with the best possible experience, and she is not able to do her job to her best ability if she is not well. You will be rescheduled to your earliest convenience. Thank you for understanding. 

Tardiness

If you are running late, please call or text Kristine at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email! Kristine’s sessions often run back to back so if you have a 60-minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then only have a 40-minute session. Kristine, of course, understands unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. If Kristine is running late, she will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel, let Kristine know asap, as she often has a client waiting list! As long as you communicate with her your circumstances, your session may be rescheduled to a new date and time. Kristine does not offer refunds.

If you no-call no-show, she will not schedule with you again. Please be mindful that when Kristine blocks off a time slot for you, she is holding that spot for only you. Therefore, she is not able to schedule someone else.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or credit for any services, class, course, program, coaching program, or group membership; no returns on products, all are non-refundable. No refunds for lack of participation, or a client’s decision for early termination of their service, class, course, program, or coaching program for any reason. Thank you for your understanding!
