⚛︎ Kristine Kieland cannot guarantee any results or predictions. We all have “free will” to make our own choices after a reading.

⚛︎ Readings are not a replacement for, or a supplant to a Licensed Mental Health care or a Physician’s care. Kristine is not a medical doctor and does not practice medicine, nor a licensed counselor, nor does she diagnose disease.

⚛︎ NO REFUNDS. All sales are final.

⚛︎ Kristine Kieland reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

⚛︎ All audio recordings of sessions are private recordings for the client to listen to only. They cannot be added to any social media site or used for any public use for any reason; Not in its entirety, portions of, or an edited recording with or without attribution, without written consent from Kristine Kieland.​

Re-Scheduling

Kristine understands that life happens. People get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give Kristine 24 hrs notice. Your session will be most helpful if you are feeling well rested and at your best!

In addition, should Kristine Kieland need to reschedule a session on account of sickness or an emergency, this does NOT qualify for a refund; she wants to provide her clients with the best possible experience, and she is not able to do her job to her best ability if she is not well. You will be rescheduled to your earliest convenience. Thank you for understanding. 

Tardiness

If you are running late, please call! Kristine’s sessions often run back to back so if you have a 60-minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then only have a 40-minute session. Kristine, of course, understands unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. If Kristine is running late, she will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel, let Kristine know asap, as she often has a client waiting list! As long as you communicate with her your circumstances, your session may be rescheduled to a new date and time. Kristine does not offer refunds.

If you no-call no-show, she will not schedule with you again. Please be mindful that when Kristine blocks off a time slot for you, she is holding that spot for only you. Therefore, she is not able to schedule someone else.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or credit for any services, class, course, program, coaching program, or group membership; no returns on products, all are non-refundable. No refunds for lack of participation, or a client’s decision for early termination of their service, class, course, program, or coaching program for any reason. Thank you for your understanding!
